Among the St. Petersburg Gypsy ensembles Alexander Martsinkevich and his group “Kabriolet” is hardly anyone who will compete. Show-group “Kabriolet” performed in major concert halls and nightclubs.

They traveled a good half of Europe, been on tours in many cities of Russia, the laureates and winners of numerous festivals gypsy music at home and abroad. Their concerts are always sold out.

Alexander Martsinkevichhas brought to Russian chanson, traditionally regarded as the thieves genre, gypsy sensibility and melody.

The most important thing that comes to his concerts, the audience is literally three to a hundred years – and this is in itself a great indicator of popularity and the fact that Roma culture continues to be tremendous interest.

In Protected content , the already folded ensemble “Kabriolet” received the Grand Prix at the World Festival of Gypsy music in Poland.
