Global Conference Communication Manager (London)
JetSmarter is currently seeking a Global Conference Communication Manager for it's European Headquarters in KnightsBridge. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking a role within the Private Aviation industry but more importantly passionate about working within a fast-paced Sales environment for a global luxury brand.
The Global Conference Communications Manager is responsible for organizing and securing opportunities at high profile conferences and partially assisting diary managing duties for Executives.
The role requires someone who is super organized, commercially minded with an ability to “sniff” for the right opportunities to help enhance JetSmarter’ brand brand awareness.
Experience in conference and events management is desirable, the ideal candidate should be able to inspire, be persuasive and have strong communication whilst overseeing all operational delivery.
In this multifaceted role (involving sales, entrepreneurship and operational delivery) the successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent self-organisation and attention to detail.
Bachelor / Master degree
Experienced working within a fast-paced sales environment including different time-zones setting up high profile conference appointments ideally within the luxury industries.
Sound knowledge of the Luxury and Technology sector - Automotive, Private Aviation, Concierge, e.g is a must!!
Ability to handle appointment conflicts and prioritise most important requests first.
Ability to manage multiple calendar / travel diaries for several Executives at same time.
Perform Hotel bookings, Transportation, e.g Ad-hoc requests for Management with team.
Super organised, high level of attention to detail, and stress resistant
Open minded, willingness to learn and apply self-initiative
Energetic and driven - an entrepreneurial spirit
Self - Initiative minded, solutions orientated and problem solver
Additional foreign languages is a plus
