13:00 – 14:00 PM lunch time. we’ll turn our mats into picnic rugs and sit down for a good dose of healthy nourishment. bring your favourite delight and big enough to feed 2 0r 3 persons and everyone will share out their treats.

Improved flexibility is one of the first and most obvious benefits of yoga. During your first class, you probably won’t be able to touch your toes, never mind do a backbend. But if you stick with it, you’ll notice a gradual loosening, and eventually, seemingly impossible poses will become possible. You’ll also probably notice that aches and pains start to disappear.

the yoga style we will begin with Restorative yoga
as it soft for the mind body and soul. This class will introduce basic yoga poses, enhance balance, stability, flexibility, and breathing awareness. It represents an introduction to the practice of yoga, its essential concepts, and will be geared toward the first time yoga student.
Vinyasa yoga teaches us how to be loving toward ourselves. How to be compassionate to ourselves, because human beings have self-defeating and self-limiting tendencies. We are our own worst critics. Practicing vinyasa yoga brings the content of our beings to the surface so we can see it. Inside the muscles, we hold the memories of every emotion we’ve ever experienced: sadness, fear, anger, etc. Through the asanas, we can tap into these memories and process our pasts.
