Hoping to move to LDN...Need help! (London)

Hello! I'm hoping to move to the UK late this year/early Protected content , but have no idea if I'm going about it the right way. I plan on going independently and as far as I've read from the government websites, I cannot obtain a Visa without the aid of my future employer. However, I have a hunch businesses might be less eager to hire me after they see I've selected "No" when being asked if I'm legally able to work in their country...and since I plan on working in a legal industry, I'd say this is relatively important. :]

Any advice you can offer is welcome! There is a job I'd love to apply to that closes at the end of this month, so hopefully I can hear something from someone soon.
