Intercultural Training Relocation Coordinator (London)


Job description

The role of an Intercultural Training Relocation Coordinator is to ensure high quality delivery of live and blended intercultural skills training programs worldwide.

The tasks involved are in the following areas:

1. Trainer Management and Coordination
2. Recruitment
3. Quality Control
4. Conducting Training Needs Analysis

Responsibilities and Tasks

Liaise with Program Managers to ensure appropriate assignment of trainers
Ensure trainers are briefed and have base materials for delivery
Maintain an intimate knowledge of the trainer network
Liaise with F2F and virtual recruitment teams to ensure necessary trainers are available
Conduct training needs analysis for Global Mobility training where required
Liaise with Performance Team to ensure trainers maintain high pedagogical standards
Observe virtual training sessions as required
Negotiate trainers’ fees
Proof and check final versions of training materials
Provide support in the creation of new, or adaptation of existing online and live training content

Required Experience

Experience in the field of intercultural and communication skills training
Experience in assignment-related training and/or experience in relocation
Knowledge of intercultural theories and practices
International experience of living and working abroad
University Degree

Native or near native level of English language
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent writing skills
Ability to work in another language, in addition to English
Organizational and multitasking skills, ability to prioritise
Awareness of virtual training tools (eg: Skype, Skype for Business, GoToMeetings etc)
Advanced user of PowerPoint and Word. SharePoint experience advantageous
Ability to learn and integrate new technologies


Contract: Full-time

Timetable: Monday- Friday 10.00am -7:00pm (flexibility to connect with US based contacts)
