Dear sirs,
Kindly delete my account - as requested months ago. I followed all the instructions on the website to downgrade and delete my account - What I got, however, was an invoice trying to charge me for the months I didn't use - because it was already on the BASIC mode. That is very inconvenient really. Send me an email in which you affirm that I havent communicated you that I didnt want to renew the payment, while saying that you only got an email asking to delete my account is the most weird thing I've heard in my life. I never heard of someone that wants to pay for something that doesnt have. I followed all the instructions on the website.
