Is Gaddafi's Exit the end to Anarchy (London)

The news flashing on every possible media that Gaddafi has either been captured or is dead (unconfirmed)! The "friends of Libya" are running and congratulating the event!

The fact that Gaddafi was nothing more then a tyrant oil rich dictator who used his goons to control the country for years cannot be denied. Nor can we deny the fact that the friendly countries including the all mighty United States and the EU partners like the UK, France and Germany have enjoyed the constant flow of OIL and money and have been in arms with Gaddafi when the things were going right!

My question is does changing the man on the top changes the politics? does it makes it less or more evil with new configurations and arrangements in the name of liberation and democracy.
