Luggage Stuck with BA at Heathrow (London)

Hi all.
I live in Chicago. Recently I flew from Istanbul via London to Chicago. My luggage is still stuck at Heathrow with BA, but it has to delivered to UA. It has been 2 days, no movement. I claimed it with UA. But they cannot get it.
Is anyone working in BA at Heathrow? Or does anyone know Heathrow BA Baggage Claim phones. I tried Protected content BA, does not help much. Everyone enters info in the system. However, it is apparent that not the systems but the people solve the problems.
Can you pls help. i help medication in the luggage and should fly out of country this Tuesday night again.
