A prestigious organisation is looking for a Marketing Assistant to work in a fantastic and unique environment.

Within the Organisation, the Marketing Section is indeed responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing activity to promote visits to their prestigious sites. This includes online and offline campaigns to attract audiences from the UK and overseas to a range of arts, heritage and gallery visits.

The Marketing team manages and protects the Organisation prestigious brand, co-ordinating its use and application internally and externally.
Part of an expanding Marketing team, you'll help deliver marketing campaigns that attract attention and pull in our target audiences, and will be involved in different aspects such as Advertising , Online and Digital, Promotions and Public Relations .
With a varied annual schedule of campaigns over multiple sites, you'll co-ordinate the creation and distribution of all the planned marketing materials.
You'll research imagery and undertake the copywriting and proof-reading of materials, making sure every campaign is exciting and appealing to consumers across a range of different mediums.
You'll also be the main point of contact with external designers and printers, as well as building and developing marketing partnerships with other organisations.
Responsible for co-ordinating and analysing critical market research, you'll play a key role in finding new ways to promote royal residences, exhibitions and events.
In all that you do you’ll support the organisation, developing the Organisation brand to produce compelling advertising time and time again.

You

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you'll already have experience in consumer marketing, and working with external agencies ( ie: Media Buying, Design )
You're organised, so you can prioritise and consistently deliver high quality work, often to tight deadlines. You're also confident analysing market research data and report writing.
Creativity is key, and you'll have a flair for design and typography, with an interest in the arts.
With an eye for detail, you have exceptional written communication skills, and always aim for perfect accuracy in all that you do.
Able to work well with people both internally and externally at all levels; you’re ready to make the impact we need.
