Move to London with 2 daughters (8 yr and 1 ys)...

Hello, I am moving to London with my family.
My workplace is in woking (Surrey) not so far from Heathrow...they are offering me 100k+25k bonus+ 7k car allowance + 8% pension + mobile...I will move with my wife and 2 doughters (8 yr and 1 ys)...
First of all...do you think my package is enough to live in this area? Secondly, I am a little worried about the school for my elder doughter as she cannot yet speak English ...Do you know if state schools supports these kind of situations?
Every info you could give me is very welcome.
