Performance Marketing Manager, Central London

Our client, an innovative and dynamic financial technology company, is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager, to help in the development of their creative solution.

Possessing best-in-class marketing practices, you will be developing and executing a highly effective analytics and performance marketing strategy, focusing on brand awareness and customer acquisition channels.

You have a strong understanding of data-lead marketing and a deep understanding of analytics covering sentiment analysis, social and display media advertising and website and app optimisation.

Having an experience in managing a team, you will bring with you strong commercial acumen, excellent time management skills, and a great team spirit that will allow you integrate to the marketing, content and technical team members.

Key Responsibilities:
●Devising and executing the performance marketing strategy alongside the CMO and founders
●Designing and implementing a highly effective social media strategy, incorporating social listening
●Planning and executing a display strategy
●Manage performance marketing budget and forecast to deliver return on investment
●Manage performance of all digital activities; social, ppc, display, affiliate and search
●Conduct A/B testing on all campaigns to maximise customer experience and company ROI
●Collaborate with the Content team to help them optimise their content strategy
●Collaborate with the website development to ensure optimal tagging is in place to deliver usable data
●Manage any required third party suppliers e.g. analytics software provider to ensure the highest quality of performance
●Develop and maximise analytical/reporting standards through a tracking a measurement dashboard

Skills & knowledge:

●Knowledge of real time bidding (RTB) programmatic display buying, retargeting, Social media ads, and affiliate marketing
●Familiar with demand side platforms (DSPs) and adservers (e.g. Doubleclick Bid Manager, Doubleclick Campaign Manager)
●Background working with PPC and social bid management tools (e.g. Adobe Media Optimizer, Kenshoo, Marin)
●Strong background working with web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture)
●Background working with social listening tools (e.g. Radian6 and sysomos)

Having at least 4 years of experience in a similar Performance Marketing role ( ideally in Finance, FinTech, Consumer Telecoms, Card industry or Mobile Gaming), you are a dynamic professional with a can do attitude , committed to quality who always put your customers and stakeholders first.

You have also a proven track record working in PPC, and a good understanding of emerging digital trends and technologies.
