Pizzachef Professional training course (London)

In collaboration with the Italian Federation of Pizza Makers (FEDERAZIONE ITALIANA PIZZAIOLI-F.I.P.), and hosted in our head office and Italian restaurant , Balham, we are pleased to invite you to join our training courses:

The training programme has duration of 80 hours divided in sessions of 45 min each Protected content of theory and 50 hours of practice). The lessons will be held by a Professional Pizza Chef from the “Professional School F.I.P.”
(Scuola Professionale F.I.P.).
This course is specifically designed to help young individuals, interested in becoming a professional Pizza Maker, integrate into the socio-economic environment of the Catering Industry and obtain a worldwide recognized Pizza Maker license.
This initiative provides direct assistance to people researching job opportunities in food preparation industry as it is directed to offer answers to the specific requirements of the Catering Sector.
