Podcasting Pashas.... (London)

Hi there,

I was just wondering whether there might be anyone here kind enough to help me out: I am trying to set up podcasting on my laptop and so far have downloaded audacity and an MP3 converter (coffeecup) to do this. I have not found a good podcasting host on the net though that is free and would be very grateful for any recommendations.

It would also be wonderful to be pointed in the direction of a site that actually tells you how to podcast from Skype and how to convert audio Cd into MP3 for uploading onto the hosting site for the podcast!
