We're hiring for a full-time role in our Customer Support team. As part of support , you’ll work with our users to answer their questions and solve problems, then work with the rest of the team to help ensure those problems don’t arise again. We want to make sure our clients have an amazing experience, and we go the extra mile to make that happen.
This role will be full-time, based at our office in Shoreditch, although we do offer flexible working options. It'll also require a few (but only Protected content at weekends, to respond to the most urgent out-of-hours customer inquiries (and these can be done at a time and location that suits you.)
We will provide full prep and training for the role so you can get started effectively. You might have existing customer support experience, but it's by no means a barrier if you do not. We're looking for the right person, and offer full training here to get up to speed.

We look for people who are generally smart, flexible, easy to get along with, have a great work ethic and a positive attitude. We don’t require that you necessarily have any previous background in support - although if you do, that’s great too!
This role could suit people from various backgrounds - you might have limited experience and want to get started, or you might have had lots of experience in related roles. It might suit someone interested in tech, fashion, or learning how an early-stage company operates. We're growing fast, and this is a chance to join our support team at an early stage, and define how it takes shape.
