SUPERSTAR Administrator reqd ASAP (London)

To work for a small property company in Tower Hill, to take over the role of the current administrator who works alongside one of the directors (me!). The ideal candidate will have:

Essential skills and qualities:

•Strong IT skills especially Word, Excel and Internet
•General Office experience in a busy environment
•Ability to organize, prioritize and systemize
•Excellent time management
•Enthusiasm and motivation
•Ability to work on your own as well as part of a busy team
•Good attention to detail & resourceful
•Ability to think on your feet
•Ability to keep calm under pressure
•A hard worker who is happy to get their hands dirty
•Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

A minimum of three and a half days a week will be required, with the ability to work flexible days, depending on the workload

Real estate experience or an interest in real estate
An interest in or understanding of social media
Bookkeeping skills and experience and confidence dealing with numbers
