Thinking of a change in scenery... (London)

Hi All!

Lived in the Middle East my whole life - and I'm thinking moving to a new country would be a good step. I wanted to ask if there was an ideal process on how to go about with a move? Here in the UAE - you usually visit and find a job the old school way. Could applying for a job through portals such as LinkedIn be effective?
