UNACCEPTABLE unauthorized Credit by InterNations (London)

I've been contacted by my bank as my card got blocked due to too many Online transaction and discovered that Internations tried to credit my account despite I haven't requested to renew my albatros account and can't find anywhere my account details!

I hope internations has some valid explanation for this! Despite I like this organization this remains unacceptable!
