Las Vegas - Arizona - New Mexico, Cowboy ranch and Indian village (Los Angeles)

I am looking for a cowboy ranch, Indian village and rodeo in Arizona or New Mexico and would greatly appreciate any help. The current plan is to rent a car in Las Vegas and drive around in Arizona and New Mexico between the 1st and 14th of August together with Maria, a good old friend of mine. Our route will approximately be Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Las Cruces, Tucson, Phoenix. We would like to find a cowboy ranch where we could stay Protected content and do western riding on the day between. We would also like to find an Indian village where we could stay one night, maybe a homestay in some family if possible. It would also be fun to see a real rodeo, so where could we find information about rodeos arranged during this time? If you have any information or recommendations, please, send me a message.
