Moving Around Without Losing Your Roots (Los Angeles)
Just read this great post on the meaning of home in a globalized world.
It written by Gianpiero Petriglieri, a Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD.
He is from Italy, his wife is British, and they live in France. They are in the US for a year, for work.
I thought that you would want to read it.

He suggests that global leaders must learn to live in and between two homes — a local and a global home.
He said that global leaders must learn to live in and between two homes — a local and a global home. Become familiar with local and global communities, and use neither to escape the other.
Indeed, without a local home we lose our roots, without a global home we lose our reach.
What do you think about this?
Where is home for you?
How do you manage the struggle to make a global home feels your own?
