Vienna Move (Los Angeles)

Hello LA'ers!

I have accepted a job that will transfer me from California to Vienna, Austria, in March/Feb. My job location with be in the 22nd district. If you have any tips or knowledge on Austria (anything from apartments, tax, nightlife, public transport, etc) I would be interested in hearing about it. Also, I'm going to have to learn German, so all recommendations from people who have learned German (such as books, study guides recommended, etc) would be apprecaited!
