Bicycle shopping (Luanda)

Hi. I recently arrived and am looking to pick up a decent bicycle to ride on the Marginal, Ilha and some other places that might work out. I'm not looking for anything high-end, but at the same time I don't want super cheap either. I've seen some bicycles for sale in Kero but I've gone past a few bicycle stores as well but didn't get a chance to go in. Can anybody recommend something? Thanks very much.
