Business travel to Angola (Luanda)

Hi I'm planning a trip to Angola mid April for marketing purposes my company is dealing with the sale of digital solutions for signage i.e UV flatbed printers, Large format solvent printers, CNC routers, Automatic Bending machines, Laser engravers and cutters, Vacuum forming machines inks and print materials. Protected content . and i was wondering if I can get suggestions on getting around since i don't speak Portuguese, like hotel rates and cab charges on full day arrangements for a week any info will be highly appreciated and also any company information dealing with these services , thanks.
