Mastercard ATM machines in Luanda

I am 3 weeks old living here in Luanda, Angola and currently having a hard time looking for ATM machine that works on Mastercard. I have already tried 3 places with these machines namely in Bela Shopping, BNI Edificio plaza in Talatona and the other place I forgot the name. All these ATM machines are not working.

I hope someone can point me to the right place where I can find these Mastercard machines near around Talatona and Morro Bento area.
