POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE ANGOLA? (Luanda)

Hi everyone, my partner have work in Angola for more than a year last 5 years ago and now he is already in New Zealand.He applied for a residency application and now his case officer want him to submit police clearance certificate from angola.Anyone have an idea or any information that we can help him.he need to pass it as soon as possible...pls help..THANKS IN ADVANCE
