Possible move to Luanda.

Hi My husband and I are British expats currently living in Mumbai where my hubby has come to the end of a 2 yr contract. despite his companies desire to renew this he has deceided to decline the offer. we had planned going to stay in our property in Goa until we deceided our next move however he has just been offered a senior management role in Luanda. We would like further info on what to expect to spend on monthly outgoings. Not counting car, driver, utilities and house as these are privided. may we also ask about the safety of the city as we have read only warnings and are wondering if these are realistic reports.
