Project for street children (Luanda)

Hello All,
I am working for the Samusocial International in Angola, a french NGO. We are currently implementing a 3 years project to provide health care and psychosocial support to street children 5 nights/week through an ambulatory emergency social service. The European Union is funding 75% of the total budget and we are looking for the 25% remaining. We are also looking for various partners for our center for street children as well.
