Schooling for 4+ (Luanda)

Hi parents

I'm currently out of Luanda, but need to arrange schooling for my 4+ daughter. LIS is full for the next year and ESCOLA has a temporary website with no contacts displayed.

Can anybody give me a useful contact of ESCOLA or help to find nice day care, preferably English?
I also would like to know if there are home playgroups with English or Russian speaking kids.
