Ironing and cleaning lady please! (Lucerne)

Hallo I'm new in Luzern and I need an ironing and cleaning Lady once a week (4 hours). I'm italian and i don't know german. So possibly italian or english speaking.
I have a 10months old girl. I would love to find a gentle Lady who also loves children and maybe we could manage a couple of hours babysitting (but just sometimes,not regularly,and only if you like the idea. My priority is ironing and cleaning!).
I live in Wesemlin area. Please let me know something as soon as possible!
