Any hiking clubs? (Lugano)

Nice to meet you!

Are there any hiking clubs in Lugano or does one just go alone? I'm not sure how easy it is to get to the trails and we will not have a car.

Also, I will be moving here in November. Is that still a good time of year for hiking? Can one hike all year round?
