This is a great opportunity for an efficient and highly organised individual with a PA/secretarial background to work for a highly regarded international businessman with wide-ranging interests. You will be based in Locarno, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and providing general assistance with any ongoing projects, together with his EA in London. It is essential that you have a very high level of written and spoken English and, ideally, (though not essential) an understanding of Italian or German in order to liaise with local contacts and suppliers. Your IT abilities will be first-rate and you must have a strong eye for detail. You will also be coordinating complex travel itineraries and managing expenses.
An interest and understanding of the arts would be beneficial as your employer is active in the art world and you will be assisting in the organisation of an extensive archive and art library.
