give me some tips about Italian learning (Lugano)

this is extremely new language for me as a chinese and new immigrant to this country..questions is i live in ticino and i must get a job here , so i tried this travelinguist italian 101, which was quite interesting, now i can say basic words and sentences, still i need to make more and further progress to get a job,

any one knows any good online course , please kindly help
