health insurance... (Lugano)

Hi,
We just moved to Lugano from Sweden and one of the big challenges coming here is the jungle of health insurances to choose from, we do not have that system at all in Sweden so my mind is going crazy about this one.

We got an offer from the company assura. Is there anybody who have any experiences with this company? Good? Bad? Or is there an other company that I should look in to?
