Looking for a hairdresser (Lugano)

Hi all,

I've managed to avoid getting my hair cut here in Lugano for about a year but its now in desperate need of some attention.

Was wondering if anyone had any reccomendations for hairdressers, some basic italian words I may need (such as .. how do you ask for layers in your hair?) and some idea of the price it would cost for a basic cut?
