Meet up on 19/3, 20/3 or 21/3 ? (Lugano)

Hello! My name is Lia and I'll be in Lugano from the 19th of March to the 21st. My fiance has received a job offer in Lugano (we currently live in New York City) so we wanted to check out the town and see how we feel there. He is Italian, from Rome, but I am a native New Yorker.
