Food Costs (Lusaka)

Hey All,
I am landing in Lusaka on 26th August. I get accommodation/bills included with my placement, but i'm trying to work out how much to budget for food and socialising, and hopefully a bit of travel.
Any advice? I'm not a fussy eater and will be (attempting) to cook.
