having my baby in lusaka (Lusaka)

I arrived in lusaka one month ago with my husband who is working here, I am pregnant and I wonder to have your comments about having my baby here or better for me to travel since I will have a c-section .
Does anyone know fairview hospital and what is the quality of medical cares there??
