Looking for an "expat alike" apartment to rent (Lusaka)

Hi!

I am considering an offer to work as an interim manager in Lusaka for the next 18 months. The first stage of the project will be 6 months duration, but my contract will surely be extended for an extra year. The project launching will be next August 15th.

I am looking for an “expat alike” apartment in downtown Lusaka. The acommodation should have at least

1 Bedroom
1 Kitchen or Kitchenette (laundry machine is a must…dishwasher a nice to have)
1 Private Bathroom
1 Parking

It is a must to have internet coverage (could be wireline or wireless) and telephone line

Any other facilities (common pool, gym, meeting room, etc) will be apreciated
