Moving to Lusaka

Hi all..i am Kamal from India and planning to Move lusaka starting June this year...we are family of 3 and my daughter age is 8 yrs. Couple of things in mind if can be replied will be of great help for me :
1. Present rentals for 1 /2 BHK Apartment in the safe areas with proper Electricity supply and proximity to malls and market.
2. School options in English Medium for Grade 3 with tentative school fees.
3. Approximate monthly expenses for family of 3
4. Procedure and duration for getting the Driving licence
5. Income Tax Slabs for Zambia , is their Exemption applicable on Education and Rent

Pls provide this valubale info as it will be very helpful for me to plan the things in advance.
