MTN installings for Outlook (Lusaka)

Hi, hope that somebody can help me here. My computer had a brake down, so I had to format it and now I am struggeling to get my outlook running again since I am not sure about the installings. Maybe somebody here is also using MTN internet? By now, I managed that I can receive e-mails again, so the installings for my incoming server, my mail provider, should be ok. But it`s still refusing to send mails and I guess the reasons for that are the installings for the MTN as outgoing server are not right the way I have put them, Thanks for help! Oh, it`s windows 7 and outlook Protected content ...
