Running Groups in Lusaka

Hello all -

I'm Hari, an intern at ZCAHRD - an international health research organization affiliated with Boston University based here in Lusaka. I moved here in January and am looking for more people to run with. So far, I've been running with Debbi's group on Sunday mornings (typically Protected content . It seems like the best time to go is early in the morning, and it's getting tough to be motivated to get out the door by 6 AM each morning.

Also, I have some experience with athletic competition from the mile up to the marathon. If you're planning on some big races here in Africa, I'd love to talk training with you.
