Some questions (Lusaka)

Hi
We will be moving to Lusaka in Dec as my husband is getting relocated there. As anybody else I also have some queries and will be very grateful if you could take out some time to answer my questions.
1. Our son will be going to the middle school, currently he is in year9 in British international school. Please suggest some good international schools with recommendations.
2. I am keen to know about housing preferably near the school, we will prefer 3 bedroom apartment in a safe compound. Kindly suggest rentals too.
3. How expensive is the place - Internet, international phone calls, grocery, electricity, water, entertainment etc.
I know I am asking too many questions, but since we are moving from SE Asia, and first time to Africa, my anxiety is genuine .
