Zambia or Ghana (Lusaka)

Hi all,
We've been offered the opportunity to live either in Zambia or in Ghana and we're still hesitating, there are plus and menus points for each country. We have 2 low aged kids and would settle for 3 or 4 years. What would you choose if you were in this situation?
