Hi - I entered into service with a ISP a couple months ago and the actual service is terrible - we have outages almost every hour and it is incredibly frustrating. We have raised it with them a number of times and they have pretty much told us that our service is fine. What are my rights on this as far as getting out of the contract? I have paid for my modem and the installation, so I would think that if I am not happy with the service, I can stop paying monthly fees
I would like to look at other providers - would anyone know of one that allows for a trial period before locking you into a contract?
