Many newly-arrived assignees and their accompanying spouses and family members do not enjoy the benefit of a relocation package and are left to find their own way regarding administrative procedures and settling in to their new life in the Grand Duchy.

With this in mind the Office Luxembourgeoise de l’Accueil et de l’Intégration (OLAI) is partnering with the Ministry of the Economy and the LSC, the department of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce for vocational training and further education, to offer an orientation course specifically for those who have been in Luxembourg for 90 days or under.

The course has been conceived and is moderated by the recently formed association International Communities of Luxembourg a.s.b.l in partnership with the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AMCHAM). The website Protected content is constantly evolving, but there is already a wealth of information available, both for those who are thinking of relocating and those who have just arrived.

The course will take place on Saturday January 25th at the Luxembourg School for Commerce in Kirchberg from 09.30 to 17.00. There will be no charge for the course.

Participants must register in order to attend the course and must have been in Luxembourg for 90 days or under on the date of the course. Priority will be given to those who have not benefited from a relocation package should applications exceed spaces. The course will be held in English. Maximum of 15 participants per course.
