French conversational classes or tandem exchange? (Luxembourg)

Dear all,
I am looking for a native French speaker that would like to have conversational classes with me twice a week.

I will pay an hourly wage, or if you are interested in doing a language exchange I can offer Swedish (native) and English (I am a graduate student at Johns Hopkins SAIS, and have top scores on the TOEFL).
