Income tax/ child education/Rent/health (Luxembourg)

Hi All,

1)I will be coming to luxemborg with my wife and 2 kids.

2)I have been offered a salary of 65k , can anyone pls adivce the net take home pay on it.

3)Is the education free in luxemborg , if yes what is the alternate for an english medium school over there.

4)Is health service free over there or I need to take some insurance for the family.

5)How would be the rent in a good neighbour hood.
