Why this is important
There is a lot of talk about the future of Luxembourg through the “5 vir 12” initiative and the new Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce’s campaign of “Luxembourg Protected content . These initiatives, while valuable, are focused on long-term issues, but propose no immediate solutions that address the urgent need to ensure that Luxembourg retains its competitive advantage as the optimal business location for International companies.

AMCHAM is working to elevate the importance of Labor Cost, Work Permits processing, Education, IP management and Tax issues to a new level. By submitting a letter to Prime Minister Juncker with recommendations tackling these five critical development points, AMCHAM--in conjunction with a number of other International organizations--is asking for immediate action.
