Looking for a CRM Assistant (Luxembourg)
I currently have a great opportunity for an experienced secretary/pa to move into the field of wealth management, supporting a Senior Account Manager.
The role will require you to update CRM databases, arrange travel and update diaries, assist with word and PowerPoint presentations as well as follow up business meetings and appointments.
You need to be fluent in English with a high level of French. Have at least 2 years secretarial experience with excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Be organized, efficient and able to remain calm under pressure.
Location is Luxembourg city and salary range is from 30, Protected content per annum.
