NEWCOMERS ORIENTATION COURSES FOR THIRD-COUNTRY NATIONALS” IN ENGLISH

Many newly-arrived persons, accompanying spouses, and family members do not enjoy the benefit of a relocation package and are left to find their own way regarding administrative procedures and settling in to their new life in the Grand Duchy. Following the success of the first pilot courses held in Protected content , AMCHAM Luxembourg is pleased to announce the launch of “Newcomers Orientation Courses for Third-Country Nationals” as of December Protected content .

These courses are organized under the auspices of and with the funding support of the “Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund” (AMIF) and the Luxembourg Reception and Integration Agency/Ministry of Family and Integration (OLAI). Due to the funding specifics, these course offerings in English and Portuguese are targeted for attendance by non-EU citizens, legally residing in Luxembourg. Because of the AMIF and OLAI funding support, we are very pleased to be able to offer these 6 hour long Saturday courses free of charge. Our thanks to ING for sponsoring the lunches!

The courses will be repeated 12 times per year, with 6 courses in English and 6 courses in Portuguese. You can now register for the course held in English on 5 December Protected content .
