Private Banking in Luxembourg

Hello, I am moving to Luxembourg for 6 months. I want to set up a bank account there to withdraw cash fee free & use that bank card whenever possible at retail locations. I also want to set up my paychecks (in USD) to be directly deposited to that account. Any suggestions on a bank with the aforementioned features as well as low FX transaction fees.
